AQUA PARK is a residential project by developer Amram Avraham, described as the first holistic neighborhood in Ashdod, in the heart of Park Lachish Quarter (North Ashdod). The project offers 3-, 4-, 5-, and 5.5-room apartments, as well as luxurious penthouses. The project is located in Park Lachish Quarter, the new neighborhood of North Ashdod, planned around the Lachish Stream Nature Reserve with the aim of preserving nature and landscape. The quarter connects directly to the promenade and the beach (called “Israel’s Southern Riviera”) and to a green park spanning approximately 120 dunams, which includes an Olympic pool, an arena for basketball games and events, and a sports complex with an innovative soccer stadium. The area also features a high-tech and employment quarter (approximately 50,000 sqm) and culture and leisure complexes (approximately 180,000 sqm). Transportation is based on the “Metro Bus” system – advanced public transportation connecting quickly between the north and south of the city, alongside quick access to Routes 4 and 6. In the project’s vicinity: Ashdod Port, Ashdod Sea Park, the Blue Marina, the Open University, Sami Shimon College, Forum Mall, Sea Ashdod Mall, and Mei Ami and Lido beaches.
