The KISHUR Platform is operated and managed by S.A.R Unlimited Ltd. (the “Company”, “KISHUR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Use of the website, systems, services, personal area, artificial intelligence tools, lead management systems, CRM systems, and any other service offered by KISHUR is subject to these Terms of Use.
Any user who enters the Platform, browses it, publishes content on it, opens an account, or uses any of the services agrees to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.
2. Nature of the Service
KISHUR is a technological platform that provides, among other things:
Property and project advertising
Connecting users with professional parties
Lead generation and management
CRM systems
Automation tools
Artificial intelligence tools

The Company may add, remove, change, or update services at any time.
3. KISHUR Is Not a Party to Any Transaction
KISHUR serves solely as a technological platform.
KISHUR is not:
A developer
A contractor
A property seller
A property buyer
An appraiser
An attorney
A mortgage advisor
A financial entity
The Company is not a party to any transaction, negotiation, engagement, agreement, or obligation created between users, advertisers, developers, agents, property owners, or third parties.
Any transaction is carried out solely under the responsibility of the relevant parties.
4. Responsibility for Information and Content
The information on the Platform may be entered by:
Developers
Real estate agents
Property owners
Advertisers
Users
Third parties
KISHUR does not guarantee that:
The information is accurate
The prices are up to date
The inventory is available
The images are current
The plans are final
The data is complete
The user must conduct independent checks before making any business, legal, financial, or real estate decision.
5. User Accounts
The Company may allow users to open a user account.
The user undertakes to:
Provide correct and accurate information
Maintain the confidentiality of login details
Not transfer the account to another person
Not make unauthorized use of the account
Any action performed through the account will be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.
6. User Content
A user who uploads content to the Platform declares that:
They own the rights to the content
They are permitted to publish the content
The content does not infringe third-party rights
The content is not misleading
The content is not unlawful
The Company may remove any content at its sole discretion.
7. Publication of Properties and Projects
Full responsibility for any property, project, advertisement, document, specification, plan, image, video, or any other data published on the Platform rests solely with the advertiser.
KISHUR does not perform full verification of all content published on the Platform.
8. Leads and Inquiries
When a user submits their details through the Platform:
The inquiry may be transferred to the relevant advertiser
The inquiry may be transferred to a suitable professional party
The user agrees to be contacted for the purpose of handling their inquiry
9. Ownership of Leads
Leads generated for an advertiser, developer, real estate agency, or business client through the Platform will be considered part of that client’s business information.
However, KISHUR retains full rights in:
The Platform
The software
The algorithms
The AI systems
The scoring mechanisms
The reports
The statistical data
Aggregated information that does not personally identify any individual
10. Artificial Intelligence Services
The Platform may include AI services.
The user understands that:
AI results may contain errors
They should not be relied upon as professional advice
They do not constitute legal advice
They do not constitute financial advice
They do not constitute investment advice
Responsibility for the use of the information rests solely with the user.
11. CRM and Software Services
KISHUR may provide CRM, automation, and software services.
The Company does not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Absence of errors
Absence of interruptions
Any specific business results
12. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to use the Platform for the purpose of:
Distributing spam
Impersonation
Uploading false information
Uploading unlawful content
Harming other users
Infringing copyrights
Penetrating computer systems
Collecting information without authorization
13. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform belong to the Company, including:
KISHUR
The logo
The design
The software
The databases
The algorithms
The AI systems
The automation systems
The source code
The interfaces
The reports
No copying, duplication, distribution, or use may be made without the Company’s prior written approval.
14. Suspension and Blocking of Users
The Company may, at its sole discretion:
Suspend a user
Restrict access
Delete an account
Remove content
In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
KISHUR, its employees, directors, shareholders, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special damage, or loss of profits arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on information appearing on it.
Use of the Platform is at the user’s sole responsibility.
16. Indemnification
The user undertakes to indemnify the Company for any damage, loss, expense, demand, or claim arising from:
Breach of the Terms of Use
Violation of any law
Uploading prohibited content
Infringement of third-party rights
17. Changes to the Platform
The Company may at any time:
Change services
Add services
Discontinue services
Update functions
Change prices
Change the system structure
Without prior notice.
18. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version shall be binding from the date of its publication on the website.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute shall be granted to the competent courts in the Central District of Israel.
