Hess 23-25-27 is a project being carried out as part of the Metro Plan (City Center) and includes extensive urban renewal in the heart of Petah Tikva with over 5,600 residential units, industrial and commercial spaces. The project is part of the comprehensive urban renewal plan along the Metro route promoted by the Israel Land Authority.


About the Project – As part of the project, 37 old apartments in three existing buildings will be evacuated and replaced with a new residential tower of approximately 20-25 floors, containing approximately 110 new residential units in a diverse mix – 3-5 room apartments, garden apartments, and luxury penthouses.

The project offers a combination of advanced urban living and a modern community environment: environmental planning including green spaces, shaded walkways, an active commercial floor, and spacious underground parking. The tower will combine modern architectural design with clean facades, wide windows, and spacious balconies, while emphasizing sustainability, energy efficiency, and technological innovation.
